Who-win enables its users ("You") to manage and follow leagues In the league site created with Who-win (your "content") you can manage the schedule, the results, the standings, other league information , as well as users comment with photos and video on your posts and on matches.

In order to try the Who-win Service you need to register and provide any personal data. to open an account. To do that, you must provide a valid email address and a password of your choice and other information as prompted by the registration process. You also agree to: provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your account. You are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of the password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.Who-win cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this. Your email address and other personal data must remain valid as long as your Who-win account remains active and it is your responsibility to update them if they should no longer be accurate or current.

You are responsible for all content that you publish and any content posted by other users on the leagues you create or administrate. Who-win allow you to monitor,and delete content posted by other users.

Who-win does not control, and is not responsible for your content and Third-Party content and may not be held liable for their communication to the public.

By making content available to others, you also warrant that:

• The content is not unlawful,threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, vulgar, obscene, harmful, or defamatory or hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable and does not contain threats towards any person or entity.
• Do not harm minors in any way
• You have the right for uploaded photos or video or used email under permission by any whom or third party
• The content does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party and does not to publish any unauthorized advertising or unsolicited, promotional materials.

• The league is not named in a way that misleads into thinking that you are others or organization.
• You won't do in any or to post or share any that would interrupt, limit or more generally harm the Site or the service or enable you to gain unauthorized access to the Site, including by using viruses, malicious computer code, programs or files.

In case of any violation of the above, Who-win reserves the right to cancel or rename your account or to block you from Who-win. Who-win also reserves the right to delete your leagues or to block the distribution of your content.

You acknowledge and agree that Who-win may, preserve or disclose your content, as well as your information, such as email addresses, IP addresses, time-stamps, location, and other user information.

Using Who-win Service, you grant Who-win an use, copy, perform, display, and distribute your content and to prepare derivative works of the content. So Who-win may distribute your content for both commercial and non-commercial uses . Who-win shall decide whether or not it will distribute your content (and how it will do so),and select its commercial partners. If you disagree with any of the above, you shall not create leagues and other contents on Who-win.
